Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir everything together.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions before serving.
