Ingredients:
- 200g of chopped roti (flatbread)
- 150g of mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers)
- 100g of cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Large frying pan
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
- Add the shredded chicken and chopped roti to the pan, mixing everything together.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle the curry powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
